It seems evident to me that Ken simply gave himself the $5M note created out of thin air, and has been treating it like a real asset. I don't know what the rules are, but my hope is that somehow notes like that can be ruled as invalid, since it was not given (by the corporation to himself) for any consideration of equal value -- or any value at all.
