That's not correct. The warrants are restricted for 6 months, and I do believe the shares may be restricted until the S1 comes out. I'm not completely sure about the shares though.

Also, the management and directors names listed is common in the form d's. The shares went to 19 different investors, that wouldn't be Listed. If you scroll down the form D it shows you there were 19 individuals, no names
