Simple fear of corruption/any other nonsense that could potentially happen. This is the world of penny stocks. Constant let downs and scams. This is furthest from a scam I've encountered in pennies that has the most upside potential coincidentally as well. However constant exhaustion of bullsht runs/scams in this wild wild penny world tends to make most logical people much more conservative. My WAG prediction was made when I was thinking about $500 million being the lowest potential settlement number Carter would be willing to accept - then accounted for the upside of course in the tech and it's industry influence. As time moved on and we studied the total revenue stream that this tech operates in and it's influence in the market and superior capabilities I adjusted the number personally but never touched my WAG estimate.

This will be a life changer for all of us - no matter what age - and we will have the last laugh on all of these clowns that came and went with their nonsense.
