I'm in a hurry, so let's go with your numbers.

1.155m with 411k deferred. That's $744k, over 5 years (2014-2018). That's an average of $149k/year. A long way from $400-$500k/yr. He lives in San Diego...I don't think that $150k/year is tonning it in SoCal.
