AZC, how do you explain common and preferred prospectuses that were cancelled with the Effective Date on 3/19/2012 when an ownership change was deemed to have happened?

There cannot he dual ownership with so Call Bk Remote Trusts with Preferred and common prospectuses left in tact - If one wants to believe this then the investors who did NOT release would still have ownership to these so-called Bk remote Trusts and this is impossible in my view.

The (APR) Absolute Priority Rule was removed for reason and this was a Herculean task to accomplish in Delaware where this is highly protected.
