Hi pi, dont think I ever said they want 90% I was actually thinking they want 89.8% jk.

If they have 64% now and know this is going to be $3 to get to the Nasdaq, still have to give shares to all the Korean shareholders, the CEOs CFOs... of all the global subsidies... and have 50m in other investors they need more shares. Unless the pps is much higher when they fill their 50m private placements. But with share restrictions on Korean and their shares how do they get to $3 and Nasdaq without controlling the remaining 63m shares? They need to lock them up so we cant dump on low volume and blow their Nasdaq listings. I would say they want about 30m more for starters. That way they only need 90m to prop up the bid at 3 until listed but could probably prop it up with the $50m investment since we all wont dump at $3. Now with news earnings... it could hold its self but they need to get that done before the restrictions on Korean shares expire.

Just my opinion thumbed on my phone so please excuse any bad grammar, spelling or math errors.
