I agree on all counts, but I can't help but feel that optimism is based on no factual information, rather the opposite - mere emotion, group think and market volatility. It will be a while, maybe a long while, before we see a conclusion to the China trade issue. And let's be realistic; if what I say is true then it may be a long time after after that when IDCC sees actual signed agreements as a result of an end to the trade war.

In my opinion if a small investor still has any holding here in this crappy situation, I imagine getting out the next time there is an irrational rise in stock price, (no major signing), and calling it quits. Otherwise one could be looking at dead money for several years. Sorry to be so negative, but with these conditions what would lead an investor of IDCC to believe anything else besides mere wishful thinking?
