Keto is only 6 grams of meat at one or two meals. I currently have one meal around 6pm. That is a fallacy about keto - it's not about protein - it's about fat.
All my calories come from 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbs from leafy green veggies. When you look at a plate that is basically perfect keto it would have two eggs scrambled, two slices of bacon, and a large spinach/kale salad with a couple slices of avacado, a few berries and pecans tossed in.
