Not a doc, just an observer in this life. For me I have found what works for me.

Your dad seemed to have the prescription for him. But he did not have the environmental chemicals in his air and water and food like we currently do.

I worked in the corporate world at the middle levels and I don't trust any American company to do the right thing as long as they go quarter to quarter. With Citizens United and no finance campaign finance reform we will be a oligarchy with the corporations running the country in our future if not already. If Russia could hack our election and produce the electoral votes to elect the town lunatic I have no doubt corporations could do the same. Which is why I will go far left this election for the first time ever. Sanders or Warren are the only choices in my mind that can bring about the reforms needed to get back to "One Man, One Vote" government.

I love life and want it for as long as I can get it. Retirement, if you have the resources is fantastic. Doing all my 'want to's' and forgetting all my 'have to's' is how we were meant to live. To bad it takes most of us 40 or more years to get to that point.

So I am up to using science and the scientific method with me as the guinea pig to live forever or at least until I decide to take the grand adventure of a dirt nap.
