No, got out before the cto came into effect. Glad I did, I just don’t see acrl ever getting current and having the cto lifted. All the DD here points to one thing in my opinion, this current pump and dump going on will come to a end. The AS will have to be increased to cover the toxic convertible debt and the company will have more lawsuits coming due to inability to pay debt or follow through with contractual obligations to pay their debt with shares.
Really hope it goes current so Canadians can get out with some profits but right now their current share price effectively 0.00
