I didn't see any dates in the articles I found. How long ago are we talking?
The SEC sued Spartan Securities in February this year for fraud (Not what CSTI got in trouble for) but that was related to tickers between 2009 and 2014. So for all we know this $250k fine was related to things years ago.
Regardless I'm really not concerned, Banks/MMs aren't the cleanest and we could find dirt on any MM that filed on our behalf.
