They may not know their filings are ready, but I'm sure SOLI honchos have lobbyists on capital hill ensuring that this is going to go the way it's supposed to go like it or not OTC.


I've seen influence exerted on "special" projects.

Recall that the Congress has the ability to trade on inside info.
Now, I wonder why?

Maybe some are actually buying SOLI? lol
