Not assuming anything.

The pro forma financials for the CareClix acquisition were never filed. These are mandatory disclosures the company must file as a SEC registrant.

It isn't optional. It isn't "if and when we feel like it"

And the requirement does not vanish if they file their quarterly, which they haven't done either.
