The FACT there isn't one, the FACT that this is not trading, the FACT they stopped filing.

The SEC doesnt approve them, FINRA does, and the FACT that there isn't one is proof they were denied. The fact this doesnt trade is proof they were denied, the FACT they stopped filing is proof they were denied.
