If you're BP and have your eyes on acquiring Amarin, would you rather pay 100% after label expansion or would you try to get a bargain today?

I think its more likely today than it was a couple of weeks ago because of all the SOC recommendations, the likeliness of label expansion is near certain and BP may not be afraid to pull the trigger.
