Surprise isn't a word I would use

Pathetic is. The filed a notice of late filing so they could dump it on a friday night when nobody is watching. They did no conference call, no annual meeting and no direction. The 8 percent growth is pitiful. But one thing we can count on is the insiders are cleaning up on options. A year ago it was NASDAQ listings, unlimited growth potential, and it was financially sound. Now I see a company thar executed a debenture to fund the U.S. expansion and the money is being spent but no U.S. expansion. Near as I can tell Virtual Generation has enriched the insiders and done zero for shareholders. I could go on for an hour like this but I would encourage anyone under the mistaken belief that this is a good invention should read the letter from debenture holders.Also, the prior called Ciavarella incompetent at best crooked at worst (my words not theirs).
