John m Fife is person with voting control at Iliad Research. From what I understand No shares have been added or converted yet, this is more transparency to show what would happen to share count if/when Iliad converts after 12 months. I don’t think they”ll dump at these prices, they would have a lot of voting power with that many shares though. Im not worried about this, im happy to see the transparency.
