So I thought the deal was 10% interest and they could convert at .45 on the loan

With our share count at close to a Billion I am guessing something will be done ... possibly a split or an increase

What are you thoughts on this latest news of the S1
If then in reality are going to sell them on the open market and take the money and run —- then my thought is this has become a toxic loan
