Part of the market reaction is the failure of the longs to dive in to buy. I have always believed that this is a stock where college kid shorts and old men and ladies play with 401/ira funds, of course some little pharma investors too. That said, if we all jumped in hard, which we did not, the pps would have shot up. If I use myself as a small example, I was elated at the deal and let down a bit with the terms so I only got a few additional shares. But, in reality I am still kind of broke from the beating ctix/ipix has given me in past times. fwiw.
