Any trial being run by Catherine Bollard and her "company" can just be looked at as free trials for us. She is 100% infringing on BCM's patent and should she eventually try to take anything to market she will be hit with a big fat lawsuit. She was an early investigator at BCM but is not a founder of the technology. She left BCM and wanted to continue treating patients so BCM allowed her to but why she thinks she gets to start a company using Marker's therapy is beyond me.

As for the two trials you linked out of China, also blatant rip offs. I don't think we will get much info on these because...well...China.
