We all need to shut down all the bravado talk and all stop threatening each other. Most positions here are anti escrow and need to understand that F&R need to end up in the win, win, win. I have been a leader in criticizing the lack of fiduciary responsibility here but one also has to understand the confidentiality of this national security situation. Without sounding like a Pollyanna, we need to get this BK closed without necessarily satisfying the egos of many. Please chill and let this happen. We need to for the legal system, Equity and corporate governance and the Shareholder. May fear not be the reason for not moving forward. An act of legal suit here now is not good for anyone and then everyone loses. Let's us all get it together.
