It's all about the stock dividend. 26 Months ago I sounded the alarm when the stock dividend was delayed and said the stock would drop to $2 from $3. Which didn't seem likely at the time because $3.50 was the previous low.

26 months later we are trading at 13 cents...

One could argue they are doing this deliberately. As management will benefit from a lower share price. Solomon is such a loser.

Did you also notice in the latest press release that Solomon is CEO of TRW? Who appointed him??? Alas, your dividend shares are now worthless. But the market already told us that. Still, it's a start.

Bust their balls about the stock dividend... if you want to see progress. Because nothing else matters here, IMO.
