Last 7 minutes of the day....I watched the trading tick by tick and bid by bid and in the last 7 minutes almost 40,000 shares traded and all the bigger trades were buys as price kept creeping up and up and shares at ask kept getting taken.

This is not a retailer accumulating.

It is a pro, some sort of fund I suppose. No way they ended up below 5% today. There HAS to be a 13 filing tonight or tomorrow.

I will also bet we trade way higher tomorrow.
