Federal Court trumps PTAB.

These patent trolls like Chanbond must be stopped - trying to profit by being a patent squatter is bad for the economy as Chanbond doesn't contribute anything to society.

If a company is a non-practicing entity the complaint should be immediately dismissed.

Delaware is going to spank Chanbond.
