#BonusLies or what Rory is saying today
I hope you got your seat belts on because the amount of spinning Rory is doing on the call is gonna give you whiplash.
Here are the biggest talking points he is gonna be puking up today:
As always this is from what I know and in my opinion.
China
We are going to China, yes he is gonna plant his flag on this China thing. He is going to say they are already making efforts to expand to the country, they already have a client in there and they will be launching there this year.
But wait there is more: and that is the reason they are not gonna be cash-flow positive this year, they gonna need to spend some money on that expansion, so they readjusted their models and they will be cash flow positive by the end of 2020.
All lies, they need to move hostings, set up their code for data sharing in China, separate sensitive data and a lot of work is not gonna be done, they haven't been able to release a new version of the Interactive Video, they won't be moving to China.
MLM galore
They are adding customers left and right, every week, SaaS is growing so much they gonna need a bigger boat. Also, the SaaS revenue is growing quarter to quarter and it will keep growing.
Again no mention of the retention rate, how much money they make per user per month, how many users stay pass the trial and if the growth the last quarter on revenues from SaaS was actually due to the upfront white label fee a lot of this companies pay to get in, and maybe the revenue will come down as those fees are less and less, and only active users remain paying.
Microsoft and Salesforce back in heat
Microsoft is back in love with Verb, and you know sequels are always better. Working on joint projects that he cannot give any details about, but they are great.
Salesforce, final stages of the review, they are ready for take-off.
Microsoft again they are just doing development things any developer in the world can do, and they don't have a clear picture of what they are going to integrate.
Salesforce they paid that company over 100K so they have to get something out of it, is just gonna be another lazy integration nobody downloads or use like Oracle.
Analyst Report
AGP says BUY, they also said buy at $3, not a lot of good there. But other analysts are preparing their reports that will come out soon.
Nothing is coming, at least not for a BUY recommendation.
The 5 million disaster
Rory is gonna say they could have go to regular banks and get a loan, but they are happy AGP decided to bring people who bought before to finance them again, and these warrants have a "hold period" that demonstrates the commitment of the institutional investors with the company.
We all know this is a lie, they can't even go to the ATM. They decided to take the 5 million because they had no other choice.
Lawsuits
They are all frivolous and have no merit. They have a lot of information on the lead plaintiffs and they are expecting them to be thrown out quickly. But of course, all the negative press from them has affected the stock price and made their work really hard.
I don't think they are going away quickly, and I bet they are afraid of being deposed or other people called to testify.
