There is a huge difference between proper due diligence and GAAP auditing.

We don't know what type of financial accounting CareClix had. What we do know is they need to be GAAP compliant now.

With foreign operations and possible IFRC conversions things are complicated.

You may think 75 days is enough time, but I'd rather they do it right, not fast.
