That is the only hope at this point for bag holders. A reverse merger or someone to take over this shell. Today's filing gives the CEO majority voting power and can be transferred to a new CEO. It appeared that this company was dead. But with today's filing, it at least still has a pulse. The only thing going for it is the ticker symbol. The word "vape" has been in the news a lot lately - good and bad. But you would think to have a ticker like VAPE would be worth something to someone out there.
