Lie #1 Oracle or how Rory got his lying stripes

As always all of this from what I know and in my opinion.

First, this is not the end of my posts, it is just the beginning. I hidden certain people names out like the two ladies who left because they didn't feel safe in the office, and also masked some companies names and other things, because they didn't do anything wrong, and I am sure after working for Rory they just want to scrub their bodies and move on with their lives.

But if you have taken part in Rory's lies or taken money from him to hide or pump things I won't be so kind.

It was February 2018, for months Rory had been hearing from Denise that V1 was crap and it didn't work. Most of the videos had to be produced and published by Verb employees for their clients because the system was so hard to use and buggy. But Rory wouldn't hear of it, Rocky was his boy and nobody was gonna touch him.

Finally, Consensus (not the real name) the company hired to integrate the system to Oracle came to Rory and told him: your code sucks, and it doesn't even handle token authentication, is throwing all kind of security alerts on the system and Rocky doesn't even understand what we are asking from him.

Magic Man told Rory the database backups were not encrypted and could be accessed easily, and most of the data on them for authentication was not encrypted.

The stock was slowly sliding because of the lack of results, and the questions were starting.

All they had with Oracle was registration on their development community, it was not a partnership or a revenue-sharing deal (because what happens in development environments is Oracle takes a cut for using their environment, is not revenue sharing is a commission).

As always all of this from what I know and in my opinion.

Surrounded by the truth Rory decided to go to his safe place and feel warm and safe with his lies.

He told the stock agency and all the people promoting (without disclosure) on social media "NETSUITE ORACLE IS THE NEW BUZZWORD", he went to his radio show and said "WE ARE DEVELOPING AI FOR ORACLE NETSUITE", and then he instructed Denise to make sure a "joint" PR happened.

Then he turned to Magic Man and his OP and told them, you have 4 weeks to have V2 ready for Netsuite.

Neither Denise, Magic Man or OP had the balls to tell Rory: NO, CAN'T BE DONE. They put their heads down and told Dear Leader they will do it.

With nothing done (there was not a single line of code done), Rory recorded a SHAC and said: "WE ARE DOING GREAT WITH ORACLE, WE ARE DOING INTERNAL TESTING WITH THEM AND THEY LOVE IT", this was recorded the same day he gave the go-ahead for V2, nothing had been done at that point.

Netsuite World was around the corner, so OP and Magic Man did everything they could to please the Dear Leader. OP started the project without an MVP plan, no specs, no feedback or any kind of Road Map. And Magic Man cut every corner he was able to, chose the architecture not based on quality but on delivering on time. THEY DID EVERYTHING WRONG, always thinking they will come back and polish it after "the company was stable", man! they were foolish.

Consensus and Magic Man got a version up and running only 2 days before Netsuite World, no QA had been done on it. But Magic Man dazzled, danced and lied to Oracle and it was approved. Always thinking they will fix it later.

But they got the photos and were able to put out a PR about them being in Netsuite World, the quality wasn't important, the headline was.

After Netsuite World, Rory wanted to keep milking the lie, just make sure everybody is talking about Oracle, and how much revenue is coming from Netsuite. He kept mentioning SHAC after SHAC.

Denise told him the only way to get the joint PR was money, sponsor training sessions, sponsor trade shows, sponsor conferences, spend and spend to get any kind of legitimacy, and Oracle was happy to get the money.

So nFusz went out and bought a "training/demo" session on every Netsuite event they could. And Rory went and recorded videos saying "We are training their sales rep", no they were showing the software to people who came to the events and never got a single sale out of them, but hey Denise got to travel and make a lot of connections for herself.

But people were not buying it, they saw it for what it was a rush integration. No value on it.

So Rory decided to lie more: "I wish training was happening faster, but it has been difficult to coordinate", not at all, just nobody wanted to buy the software, sell it or show it.

It doesn't matter, let's throw more money and create a new lie: Staff Pick. All they did was give Oracle enough sponsorship money for events that they got the Staff Pick. Another of those Denise's ideas.

To this day, the Oracle integration has less than 20 installs on Netsuite. Nobody was installing it.

Rory kept saying the joint PR is coming, and the stock kept rising. He thought that he threw enough money at Oracle they will give him a joint PR, and Denise kept telling him one more event and they will do it. But never happened, because there was never a partnership.

He knew from the start only thing he had was a developer agreement, some nice photos out in the golf course, and a lot of money (INVESTOR MONEY) to spend in sponsorships to be able to keep lying.

AGP asked him about this during the offering process, he couldn't lie to them and that why they priced the company so low. And if Jeff and Rory get deposed for this, they will have to answer for all the emails between them and Rocky with everything that was failing on V1, and then between them OP and Magic Man about how the integration wasn't ready; and why on the same or around these dates Rory recorded videos saying Oracle was excited with what they were seeing and the joint PR was coming.

And even worse he will have to answer about how he recorded a video announcing the Staff Pick and how many people were using it in Oracle the next day after Consensus emailed him a report that only 12 people had installed the software, and most of them, nFusz employees.

Can't wait for that. As always all of this from what I know and in my opinion.

Coming tomorrow: everything Rory is going to say during the QA before he says it.
