Nice to see the knowledge becoming mainstream though..

I think aspartame (Nutrasweet) is likely to be a big culprit. As soon as I switched to Pepsi with "Natural Sugar" I lost weight. Of course I also started drinking more water and less pop at about the same time, but the FDA should really get that crap out of our food supply.
