So I’ve been doing some research on $ACRL. I can tell you that the judgement in question is absolutely real and Issued by the SDNY court. Judges make live changes to documents very frequently, typos happen. The document submitted thru the Southern District NY court had the same exact typos. But this is ihub, so I’m sure it’s all fake lol. Check for yourself here:

Here is what real boils my blood... LG received a judgement ordered to them for 94k, yet the original loan amount was like 30k or something, don’t care to look, and some of this note was diluted on shareholders already (when there was room for in AS years back) all those other lenders have been waiting too

This is just one lender. Will the rest follow suit? When? How many other lenders?

Not sticking around for the other judgements to drop.

Furthermore, there have been several summons sent to Atacama on this case, all left ignored. The judgement is ordered. It’s done deal! They had 30 days to appeal, that time frame has come and gone. Let me guess... it’s all #fakenews lol!
