Swap (Aug 31) -> New shares (mid-September) .45 -> OTCQB $1 (END of September) -> $1.5 (Sometimes in October) -> Nasdaq ($3 anytime from November 2019 to March 2020) -> Korean shares end of 6 month trading restriction (March 2020) —> post nasdaq (launch of their fuel cell division - April 2020)

As soon as this reaches $3 and stays above $3 for 6 weeks, they go for nasdaq right away.

Again nothing absolute but it’s the plan~
