My personal experience:
My TG’s were around 350 so I started taking 4g OmegaVia epa 500 daily because I don’t live in the US and couldn’t get V.
My TG’s went down to about 250, with the lowest being 230 over that 3 year period.
Once R-it results were known I went to the US and got a prescription for V. 6 weeks later my TG’s were 160. 3 months later they were 130.
It is my PERSONAL BELIEF that the advanced purification of V and the superior coating that protects from oxidation makes V significantly superior to OmegaVia EPA 500. If you are truly at risk of a MACE then you should stick to the product that has proven benefit not a cheap knockoff.
