It's been dead a long time. The last time it had any notice was when Schaefer was supposed to be doing something with the shell.

The TA is still on duty though. They reported the O/S was of 12,189,293,609 as of yesterday.

So, it seems Schaefer is still diluting because the last reported count I could find was in a post from 2017.

That's a nice round 1,900,000,000 increase. And $19,000 in Schaefer's pocket. Not a lot, but too much for doing nothing.
