I have not sold, down to much to sell at this point. It just baffles me that people want to sit here and argue on stupid IH. I am telling you, doing some investigating I have legitimate concerns. I have no clue if at this point if they are valid and believe you me I hope they are not. Instead of acting like a bunch of toddlers and saying .0003 by end of week why dont we just have an adult conversation. It would do all investors well to start finding out answers to questions that way there is a way to head them off. Just calling someone a paid basher does not help either. Here are a few items on my list I am trying to figure out at this moment.
1 - There is no address on the website
2 - The address on the web is a residential house
3 - Leon does in fact show she works for Vetria as an admin for several years and now listed as CEO of Hulogix.
4 - I am showing 4 companies that may have been or are active for 7216 Northridge. Vetnetics, Hulogix, Vetria, and an inactive company Sweet and Savory Popcorn.
5 - I can find nothing on the FDA webpage under Hulogix or Indigo Global Exchanges showing any type of filing (Does not mean it is not there)
6 - Colin Leon is also listed on the website. A quick search shows him in a photo with Martina. He is listed as a bartender / Sales at A CBD, Vape Bar. 6 - Kimberly Randolph is listed on the web page of as Director of Research. A quick search shows her last name is also Hughes. No professional profile to be found backing up experience in R&D
7 - Gilma Bent - No public professional resume available to show experience in clinical research (does not mean it does not exists)
8 - Dr Huges. I show he is the Dr. at 7917 North Armenia Ave. Tampa, FL. 33604 ?Office (813)932-9980 Fax (813)933-6978 Vetria@mivet.net. Vetria is listed as a business under the the residential address so the internet is often off on some of these things. The 7917 Address is an actual business location. Why do they not provide an actual location for Hulogix?
I am just starting to search and try to find out what it actually is I have invested in. I have put my lawyer on standby JIC. Call me crazy and I may be but I work hard for my money. So, if you want to call me a paid basher that is fine. This is nothing more than a personal matter to me now as I am invested, quite heavily. I want nothing more than to see this company do well, I would make money if they did as well. However, at this time, I would like to get a few answers to the situations that do not seem to line up. I am going back now to look at some of the filings as they may provide some answers as well.
