OMG lol. It really is so bad if that's the case. At least they're not lying about anything and getting themselves in trouble. They just need to maybe put a little effort into the business to garner interest and then they can raise capital. I'd rather them take on some responsible debt and create a real business than hold this awesome SS and do nothing.
