Where did the idea come from that Denise - an active employee at VERB - is spending her time -- and a lot of it -- doing these kinds of 'beefing up the DD" and "stone cold lock" things?

That would seem to be a major no-no and a big red flag. I can understand the reasoning but disclosure surely would be most appropriate.
