Interesting. Fairly consumable website, but I don't think the place actually exists. Map on the website shows San Francisco. Address is in LA and doesn't appear to be a place where a café would be located.

Is named Chyanne and one of the advertisements on one of the televisions on the page says "Chyanne Eve".

I'm not seeing how BDGR fits in. At this point, I would guess that Hydro is purchasing the shell. I would think they would want it post reverse split, but who knows? I don't really see what Hydro's actual business is.
