This is being shorted bad. 411.54% as of 7/31/19. From the direction of the price & the Caveat Emptor rating I would guess the shorting is continuing!

If the CEO were to actually bring the stock current information and remove the Caveat Emptor rating filled by a decent press release we might have enough momentum to see a short squeeze that could push us easily past a dollar again!

But that is a lot of if's!
