Hi Dibbs! You are right about me being wrong for many years now! But fear not, being wrong does not phase me in the least.

I don't mind people selling, I do it all the time though not with a stock like VTSI. I am currently out of REKR and have lightened today on LMCNF. VTSI for me is a little different due to its long term potential and the fact that for whatever reason I truly don't see much difference between buying at $2.10 or buying at $5. The potential here is for a $100 stock price and I believe it is not that difficult to get the company to the point where it justifies that sort of valuation, $775million.

In fact, in this industry, with these types of customers, and peer companies like Axon, a company with $100mil in sales that is growing at 30% per year gets close to justifying $775million.

If a Starboard or Chain of Lakes or some other activist waltzes in and places......oh, I don't know - perhaps a Jim Richardson-type in the CEO role, VirTra could get there in less than 30months. And I still believe Ferris is smart enough to understand that he is hiring the wrong sort of people for in the field sales and is not compensating them correctly. Maybe the entire sales structure is fatally flawed? Maybe the lightbulb goes on and he hires the right guy to lead the sales effort. That could also jump start things in the blink of an eye.

My fear at $2.10 is that a hostile offer comes in and forces a sale at a price that denies us of ever seeing $100. If I were 20 years younger I would try to buy it right now for $4. Doubt I would get it though but would be happy to own the whole thing right now at any price below about $10. Ya think $10 would get the blessing of shareholders right now? Yes, in a blow out.
