Boris, I disagree ONLY because Amended POR 7 signed on 2/23/2012 tells us Book-Value MUST be paid. I believe there is a signature left that happens INSIDE of the bk case that happens at the very end.

Something like on 9/25/2019 Kostorus releases with his signature and then he informs Rosie who informs the Court and then makes a filing on 9/26/2019 that LTIs will be issued with a final payout on 11/01/2019 with Bk closure on 11/30/2019 that brings Marker Holders a minimum of ten billion.

What are your thoughts on my posit?
