After a brief scan of Health Canada's Submissions formerly under review: New drug submissions, I have not found previous examples of delayed priority reviews, which is very promising. If we can expect the same for Amarin, a decision will be made sometime around 30 Nov 2019 (215 days after submission).

Edit: It looks like Health Canada has a tendency to complete their reviews by a week or more prior to the deadline. :)
