Here's something to ponder, I have been.

First thing I'll say is that Consultech might have been incorporated in Canada ealier, but only way to find that out is to go in person to the Ontario Corporations Branch.

SLJB and LFWK news have said that Consultech Construction Management has owned Sulja Bros for 10 years.

Well, Consultech was incorporated in 2002 in Michigan by Petar, the web site was created by in April 2003 and registered to Loftwerks.
