goodietime, The Dime Warrants (Class 21) holders that did not sign the release got screwed by the Judge.

She denied our rights to a court hearing and awarded only JPM the entire clam of close to 650 million. The contract clearly showed we were entitled to 80% of that claim.

Those that signed the forced release got a vary small amount of share compared to the value of the claim. Those that did not sign the release got screwed by the Judge MW!
