Agreed 100%. If something material had happened (i.e if the deal was off or if they were anticipating a lengthy process due to needing financing, additional investors, outside approval, etc) then that would likely have warranted an update.

As it is, they're not *really* obligated to update us at this point but I would agree that the fact that we haven't had any updated information to this point is likely a sign that they're close enough to a resolution (one way or the other) that an update isn't warranted.
