I wonder what exactly the phase II results they are referring too?

The continuing phase II with 21 remaining patients approaching 208 weeks

or

The signal being given by the 48 week trial which had 20% enrolled 3 months ago. Perhaps the regulators have data in the aggregate that the sponsor is sharing? Perhaps the data for the 6 Rett patients tested open label was also shared, and if so, could be used to influence a fast track path for ALZ.

just a lot of unknowns..

And as Steady pointed out, maybe the authors means TGA. I wonder if both the FDA and TGA share information freely so much so that it would allow the FDA to finally do something about 273.
