Bitcon will never take place of gold, that’s just insane thinking, but rather if backed by gold it would be a form of fiat. Right now it a traders market. Very few People can make a living mining it, but they make fortunes trading a stock associated with it. Very few people trust bitcon mbut they will always trust gold. Trade it until it bottoms below 2k.
