Thoughts

Yes JR, "Some are getting desperate", trying to defend this Microcrap oil scam. All one has to do is to invoke reference to the evil "SEC", and wham... just like that, "Really riled some feathers I see". It was predictable. LOL

Well I guess one could see it that way but the intent was meant the parties with many names at multiple spots blasting the samo samo over and over. The fact that Zion Oil is moving forward has some feathers riled - FACT. The SEC is investigating Zion Oil - Fact. I am pretty sure as to why and have documented so even HERE on the hub. I tend to agree with some that these things take time and the SEC tells no one what they are doing which it truth is how it should be. I will state once again, if they find something illegal, let the chips fall where they may. However, if as I believe, this was a deliberate attack on Zion Oil, then the reverse works as well.

IMHO...This appears to be... "Somebody" does not like "The Other Somebody" and so they report "The Other Somebody" to the IRS and hope that the IRS audits them and finds "SOMETHING".

Yeah and its documented as I am sure most here know. Remember the lawsuits that came out of the wood work and the reasoning? The dates were important were they not?

I have nothing other than that the equipment is on the way and at some point they will start what the said they would. We ALL know they will have to raise funds and I have said, none will come from me at this point. I want them to address some of my concerns that I have stated time and again about. No, it is not the typical noise, but y'all already know what it is. I have no inside track and the few times I have called I get nothing more than what is in the PR's just like everyone else. They know I am not a happy shareholder. I would have dumped my shares and moved on except for what I witnessed and again documented.The parties that want to see Zion Oil fail are still around, the names change but the message does not.It is WHY it was done that makes me just sit and call it as I see it. Ultimately it is not up to us or the noise, it is up to the big guy.

it's not kosher to SECRETLY award a multi-million dollar contract to yourself when you are a publicly traded company. That cannot be spun in any way good way.

In all seriousness, this is an allegation. If true, Zion Oil is the stupidest company I have seen in a long time. Who would do this while under investigation from the SEC? Really?

This is a legit question, it is rumor that he did just that and it is a rumor only. I asked and was told what I should have been told, that is someone's privacy and I tend to agree. That is up to Mr. Brown, if he so chooses to divulge it, then so be it. What I do not get even though the noise continues to say it, "Why if I was a wealthy man already, in the twilight years put myself through this battering ram if I did not believe in it?" That is legit, I would not be working doing what I do if I had no need for the money in the first place.
