"Liberated Energy, Inc., Stock Symbol: LIBE That was a "change in control" filing. It means in 10 days I can step down and they take over. The series X was to clean up the series A/B confusion and I'm sure there's benefits to the way they're doing things. Their law firm and auditing company are big boys, very expensive and very thorough. But they are taking all of it from me. I won't be involved with this company after that. "
