Filling financials, GSFI, and SEC fillings is a two edged sword.

If there is a pile of old convertible debt, undisclosed, in general, it stays stuck there until they file financials and get SEC compliant.

Not sure how they pulled off a R/S with out filling financials/updates, but there are holes in my understanding of illegal back door holes in the share printing games, LOL.

I know one stock where the legal battles have dragged on for years, between a CEO and paper shareholders that can not exit and sell their bags with out filling financials, and the CEO is protecting the retail shareholders from them.....long story....

Crazy right?

Sometimes CEO and debt collectors use that leverage game. Want more money? File financials..... Want to cash out? Loan me more on better terms or sit it out and hold unsalable paper, LOLOL.

At least I think that is how it plays out....

Be careful what you wish for!!!

In my case, we all know the financials are BS, made up BS, cloak and dagger hide the body games on paper. Only clue they some times reveal is how much con-debt there is and how bad dilution could get, and when it may start raining shares.
