simply because major players outside of the sector will start partnering with good strong companies very soon, its their only way to be apart of this massive billion dollar industry which is going to grow enormously over the next few years. Would a partner want to be with a successful builder like Dixon, yes, would they want to be partnered with a profitable company not drowning in debt, yes, is Dixon using that massive Mission property as leverage, yes imo. That property can build up to 1 million more sqft with tremendous aspects to it, thats where 65% of the big dollars will go in my humble opinion becoming the biggest company asset in the future.
You will see numerous partnerships through the sector later this year after edibles kick in and then in 2020 they will be begging the good companies for a chance to be apart of it.
